You can contact your assisting team through email, phone, or CMA Portal every time you have a task.

  • Email: your team
  • Phone: the number provided for your account team
  • CMA Portal: log a case through your portal feed

Your cases will appear in your CMA Portal for your records.

  • Each task gets a case number. Reply to the same case thread to get the most efficient replies.
  • If you give a task over the phone or through your feed, your assistant will manually create a record of it.

You will receive a credit line for your expenses that will be billed to you at the end of the month along with the subscription fee.

In the first months, your assistants will ask more probing questions to get to know your style, routine, and general task type. Over time, they will offer better suggestions as they gather more data about your preferences.
